The All on 6 rehabilitates an entire arch with a fixed prosthesis screwed onto six implants. Compared to the All on 4, the two additional implants distribute the chewing forces on a wider base: it is the solution we prefer when the quantity and quality of the bone allow it, in particular on the upper arch or in patients with strong chewing. The plan is always signed by Dr. Ledjo Kapaj after the 3D Cone Beam CT analysis, included in the first visit.

Difference between All on 4 and All on 6
The logic is the same — a full-arch prosthesis screwed onto implants — but the number of posts changes. Six implants reduce the load on each fixture and offer a greater safety margin: if one implant causes problems over the years, the prosthesis remains supported by the others.
- All on 4: indicated when the posterior bone is reduced and the inclination of the implants is exploited
- All on 6: indicated when the bone is sufficient and maximum load distribution is desired

The clinical path
First visit with 3D CT and intraoral scanner, written estimate within 24 hours, surgery in a single session. In suitable cases we screw the fixed temporary within 24-72 hours with the technique immediate loading; the definitive prosthesis arrives after 3-6 months of osseointegration, produced in our internal CAD/CAM laboratory.
The prosthesis: resin, composite or ceramic
On six implants we screw both the Toronto Bridge with resin or composite flange, or prosthesis with full ceramic coating. The first is lighter, cheaper and repairable in the laboratory in a few hours; ceramic offers superior aesthetics and greater resistance to wear, despite higher weight and cost. During the visit we evaluate together the right option for your case.
Materials, warranty and assistance
Straumann®, Nobel Biocare® or BioHorizons® implants with certificate of authenticity delivered at the end of the work, 10-year guarantee on the implants and 5 years on the prosthesis. After returning to Italy, the follow-up continues remotely with our coordinator dedicated to Italian patients.
