We design it based on a digital impression and create it in the internal CAD/CAM laboratory with delivery within 48 hours, in zirconium or metal-ceramic. The plan is signed by the prosthetist and covered by a 5-year written guarantee.

Bridge on teeth or on implants: how we decide
A traditional bridge uses adjacent teeth as pillars: it is a good solution if those teeth are already compromised or crowned, less so if they are healthy, because they should be prepared. When the neighboring teeth are intact, theplant it preserves the natural tooth and replaces only the missing one. We make the choice on 3D CT scans and x-rays, explaining the costs, times and long-term consequences of both routes.
Materials and laboratory
We work in zirconium for aesthetics and resistance, and in metal-ceramic where the budget guides the choice. The CAD/CAM laboratory is inside the clinic: impression with intraoral scanner, design, milling and tests take place without external shipments, with times of 48 hours for single crowns and a few days for complex bridges.

Hygiene and checks under the bridge
A well-made bridge can be cleaned, but it must be cleaned well: pass the thread under the intermediate elements with a threading needle or a pipe cleaner, as we show you upon delivery. Periodic checks serve to intercept infiltrations of the pillars early. With the materials certificate you can be followed by any dentist in Italy.
