The price per item
The zirconium crown has a unit price that includes: tooth preparation, temporary, impression, CAD design, milling and sintering, aesthetic characterization, tests and cementation. Here is the comparison:

More items, better conditions
On multiple jobs the laboratory cost per single element drops (multiple milling, single design, group tests) and we transfer this saving to the estimate: the more items you do, the better the overall condition. This applies to bridges, rehabilitation of aesthetic areas and complete arches.
The principle is transparent: in the estimate you always find the price per element and the discount applied to the total, so you can verify each item. We don't do opaque "package pricing".
Zirconium bridges: how the price works
A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by resting on nearby teeth (pillars) or on implants. The price is calculated multiplying the elements: a 3-unit bridge (two abutments + one suspended tooth) counts as 3 crowns. This is why a zirconium bridge in our country starts from €750 compared to the €1,800-3,600 of the Italian average.
When only one tooth is missing, consider the implant alternative with us: a complete system from €350 avoids filing the two adjacent healthy teeth, and often costs less than the bridge. We present you both options with written pros and cons.
Production times with internal laboratory
Our dental laboratory is inside the clinic: no shipping, no waiting 2-3 weeks between imprint and delivery. A single crown is completed in 2-3 days; a work of 6-8 elements in 4-6 days, with intermediate aesthetic tests included.

Why Italian prices are higher (without demonizing anyone)
An Italian zirconium crown at €600-1,200 breaks down the price as follows: invoice from the external laboratory (often €150-400 per element), structural costs of the practice, clinical time of the professional. We eliminate the first link in the chain - the laboratory is ours - and operate with structural costs in Tirana. The result: €250 per item with the same certified zirconium blocks and the digital flow itself. Our Italian colleagues apply prices consistent with their costs: the difference is structural, not qualitative.
