E-max veneers are very thin sheets of lithium disilicate - we use Ivoclar IPS e.max®, the reference material for aesthetics - which are cemented onto the front surface of the tooth to correct its colour, shape and small misalignments. With thicknesses starting from 0.3 mm they often require minimal enamel preparation. The list price is €500 per veneer, with a 5-year written guarantee and certificate of authenticity of the material delivered upon completion of the work.

Why we choose IPS e.max®
Lithium disilicate combines mechanical resistance and translucency very similar to natural enamel: light passes through the veneer as it passes through a real tooth, and this is what makes the result credible even up close. We work with the original Ivoclar IPS e.max® system and give you the certificate of authenticity: you know exactly which material you have in your mouth.
Who are they suitable for?
- Discolored front teeth that do not respond to whitening
- Irregular shapes, conical teeth, spaces between teeth (diastema)
- Margins chipped or worn
- Small misalignments that do not require orthodontics
They are not suitable for those who grind hard without night protection or with very compromised teeth: in those cases we evaluate zirconium crowns or other solutions, and we'll tell you when you visit.
The procedure, from design to cementation
We start from the digital impression with an intraoral scanner and from the photographs of the smile: we design the veneers on your face, not on a standard model. After minimal preparation - with thicknesses of 0.3 mm we often work inside the enamel - we take the definitive impression. The veneers are made and cemented with dedicated adhesives, with an aesthetic test before the final cementation.
How long they last and how they are maintained
With daily hygiene and periodic checks, disilicate veneers last many years; our written guarantee covers 5 years. If you grind, we prepare a protective night guard. Avoid biting hard objects with your front teeth: these are simple rules that extend the life of the work.
