It is not a commercial promise: it applies only when the implants reach measurable primary stability, and we verify this in the room with dedicated instruments. When it is possible and when not
The necessary conditions are objective: bone of adequate quantity and quality, primary stability of the implants at the time of insertion, controllable occlusion. The 3D Cone Beam CT scan from the first visit tells us if your case is a candidate; the final confirmation arrives in the room, measuring the stability of each system.

How the protocol works
First visit with 3D CT and intraoral scan, planning of the implant position and the provisional before surgery. Insertion of the implants, measurement of stability, screwing of the fixed provisional within 24-72 hours. After 3-6 months of osseointegration, the definitive prosthesis from our internal CAD/CAM laboratory. It is the protocol that we usually apply in rehabilitation All on 4 e All on 6.
What can you do with the fixed temporary
You smile, talk and chew soft foods right away. For the first few months the diet remains controlled — no hard loads on the temporary ones — because the implants are integrating into the bone. We give you the dietary and hygiene instructions in writing, and the remote follow-up checks the progress after returning to Italy.
Safety and success rates
Immediate loading, performed on selected cases with measured stability, has success rates comparable to deferred loading in the literature. The point is the selection: if your case is not suitable, we tell you during the visit and we plan the traditional route. The implants are covered by a 10-year written guarantee with a Straumann®, Nobel Biocare® or BioHorizons® certificate of authenticity.
