What actually changes
The fixed prosthesis on implants does not rest on the gum: it is supported by the implants, therefore it does not move, no adhesive is needed and it does not cause the rubbing lesions typical of unstable dentures. Chewing becomes effective again, phonetics improves and the palate remains free, restoring the taste and thermal sensitivity of foods.
