«All inclusive» is a phrase that must always be dismantled piece by piece, because around the world it means very different things. Here you will find exactly what our package includes, what you are responsible for and why we organize everything instead of letting you book alone. It's not a quirk: it's the simplest way to get out of the way of the only part of the route that doesn't have to worry you.
What's included, item by item
- Return flight booked by us: we choose the dates together, then we issue the ticket, with times designed for the clinical program (never arrive at midnight before surgery);
- Affiliated 4★ hotel close to the clinic, room with breakfast, for all nights of the program;
- Private transfer: airport → hotel → clinic → airport, with a driver who knows your schedule;
- Dedicated Italian coordinator for the entire duration of the stay;
- Cone Beam CT scan and first visit included, as well as report, material certificates and written guarantee.
All this is written in the signed quote: it is not a promise from the web page, it is an entry in the document that we sign.
What is NOT included (and we'll tell you right away)
- Meals beyond breakfast: Tirana is cheap, lunch costs little, but they are paid for by you;
- Companion: flight and hotel for those traveling with you can be added to the package with a small supplement, to be agreed upon during the quote;
- Tourist extensions: if you want to stay a few more days to visit Tirana or the coast, the partner hotel keeps the rate, but the extra nights are yours;
- Personal expenses and hotel extras.
Because we book instead of refunding you
Because travel is part of the clinical plan. If you book yourself and the flight delays or cancels the next day's surgery, the problem becomes yours. With the package managed by us: re-routings, time changes and unexpected events are managed by us, readjusting the clinic programme. It's the same principle as the 30 day blocked quote: the fewer variables you have in front of you, the less anxiety you carry in your suitcase. The journey from your city (e.g. from Bari, flight or ferry) we plan it together at the first contact.
How it is activated
- Send the recent x-ray: estimate signed within 24 hours, valid for 30 days;
- Choose the dates together with the Italian coordinator;
- Receive tickets, hotel vouchers and day-by-day program (the first trip to the lifts is described in this page);
- Leave: at Tirana airport there is our driver with your name.
