The fear of not understanding — and of not being understood — is one of the main reasons we procrastinate. It's a sensible fear: in a medical visit every word counts. This is why at Sanitadental Clinic "we speak Italian" is not a slogan: it means that every step of your journey happens in your language, with specific people and documents written in Italian.

Eneda, the Italian coordinator: your voice in the clinic
Your first and constant point of reference is Eneda, our Italian coordinator. She is not an external translator called when necessary: she works in the clinic and follows every Italian patient from start to finish.
- Collects your medical history and x-rays in Italian;
- He calls you back to explain the treatment plan calmly, word for word;
- Organize dates, flights, hotels and transfers with you;
- He is present in the clinic during your visits, next to the doctor;
- It also remains your reference after returning to Italy, for remote follow-up.
The doctor speaks to you in Italian
The Dr. Ledjo Kapaj and the clinical team have been communicating with Italian patients in their own language for years — we have treated more than 1,500 since 2014. During visits you understand what is happening, you can ask questions and you receive clear answers, not gestures. And when a technical term is really needed, the coordinator is there to translate it into simple words.
Documents in Italian: estimate, treatment plan, report
The most delicate part is not speaking: it's what remains written. From us you receive:
- Quote in Italian, detailed item by item, signed within 24 hours and blocked for 30 days;
- Treatment plan in Italian: times, phases, materials and alternatives;
- Final report and invoice, with certificates of authenticity of the materials (Straumann®, Nobel Biocare®, Ivoclar IPS e.max®);
- Guarantee written in Italian: 10 years on implants, 5 years on prosthetics and veneers.
You will also need all this documentation in Italy: for your trusted dentist, for any checks and for the practice of tax deduction with your accountant.
Because this makes a difference in safety
Understanding everything is not just convenience: it is clinical safety. Informed consent, post-operative instructions, the signs not to be underestimated after surgery — if you understand them well, the path is safer. It's one of the reasons we always encourage you to check how safe is it to get treatment in Albania starting from who and how speaks to you. If you have any doubts, write to us from the page contacts: a person answers, in Italian.
